Week 4
On the 24th of September, we had a very special Paralympian named Stuart join us in school. Year 2 loved their fitness circuit with Stuart and enjoyed learning all about Stuart's life and experiences. Year 2 also celebrated European Languages Day, and we learned new Spanish words, phrases, and numbers!
This week the children have enjoyed their measurement learning in Maths and we will continue this learning next week. The children worked extremely hard in English. Over the last four weeks, we have gathered many ideas around the Katie Morag stories, which has supported them in creating their innovative story maps and final independent writing pieces. Our next unit in English will be Non-Chronological Reports!
