Hinduism Workshop
Mon 16 Apr 2018Today at Northern we had a very special visitor who told us all about the religion of Hinduism. She taught us all about the history of the religion and about the Gods. She explained how each God symbolised a particular aspect in life and the children learned lots from her. Then the children learnt all about the festival of Holi and we finished off the session by creating our own Rangoli patterns using lots of powder paint.

Sikhism Workshop
Thu 12 Apr 2018Today at Northern, we were very lucky to receive a visit from Kash who taught us all about the religion of Sikhism. It is important for our children to learn about all religions so that they have a good understanding of the multi-cultural world we live in. The children showed immense listening skills and asked some very insightful questions. Once again, staff at Northern were very proud of all our pupils.
