Stop Motion Animation
Today we have had a fantastic time learning all about animation. We followed instruction videos from Aardman (the people who made Wallace and Gromit) learning how to come up with an idea, how to design characters and create a storyboard. We then used plasticine to make our characters and then animated them using the Aardman app. We loved it and after a little bit of practice got better and better at creating quality films. The app is free to download so this could be a great activity to have a go at at home too over the summer using toys and household objects!
