Year 2 Author Visit!

Today our Year 2 children had a real-life author come to visit them!

Mike aka 'Sam Shepherd' the author came to read his book 'The Great Bone Robbery' about a dog who was a police officer. He told the children stories about his time as a Police Officer. He joined when he was 16 years old. Year 2 told us that their favourite story was about a group of silly criminals who stole shaving foam and sprayed it in a line on walls all the way back to their own house! After all his tips and advice, you need to watch this space for some amazing Year 2 story writers!
