Halloween

The children used pumpkins to aid their fine motor skills. We used golf tees to hammer into the pumpkins. We then went on a hunt for sticks to put into the pumpkin. The children had a lot of fun! The children said the pumpkins looked like Hedgehogs with the sticks being their spikes! Great work Reception 🎃😄

This afternoon was packed with Halloween excitement as we dove into some seriously spooky activities! We started by making decorations like flapping bats, floating ghosts, and creepy spiders. We even raced spiders across the floor, cheering them on as they skittered around.

The Halloween scavenger hunt, though, was the real challenge—it wasn’t just about finding pumpkins! each stop on the hunt had its own surprises. We all got out of our comfort zones, and the laughter, shrieks, and teamwork made it an unforgettable Halloween adventure!

I’m sure all the children Weill be ready for the Halloween disco this evening
